Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Our manufacturing facility is located in Nadi, Fiji, on the main island of Viti Levu.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Orders placed on www.nama-fiji.com for delivery in USA/CA are shipped from Gardena, CA, USA, for delivery in the U.K. and Europe (Schengen Area) and greater European Union are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, U.K. and the European Union. See below for other international options. 

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. There is a $22 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for customs fees. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email orders@nama-fiji.com.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Please find our return policy in the bottom menu. 

Q: Do you ship to other international countries?

A: Currently we sell our products exclusively on namafiji.com, through affiliates and Brand Ambassadors.

A: Yes, we track every product’s batch number. We follow very strict Quality Control policies to ensure customers have the best possible experience with our products.

Q: Where are your products sold in Fiji?

A: At Essence Group Fiji, Nadi Backroad, and at Jack's of Fiji at the Nadi, Suva, and Lautoka locations. 

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: No, our products are never tested on animals.

Q: Do you put any synthetic fragrance in your products?

A: No, our products do not contain any synthetic fragrance.

Nama Spa

NAMA FIJI is a premiere plant-based skincare range that is made with deeply hydrating wild Nama and other naturally-derived ingredients from the Pacific. Nama, which means “sea grapes” is a powerhouse ingredient that provides intercellular and intracellular hydration, with naturally occurring trace minerals and antioxidants for the skin. While Nama is grown in many oceans around the world, certified testing has shown that the pristine waters around Fiji produce the purest Nama, and that is the foundation of our skincare.

History of Nama Fiji

Since 2014, The Nama Fiji brand has been featured in dozens of 5-star Luxury Spas in Fiji and the Pacific Islands, both as a retail offering and for use in high-end spa thalassotherapy treatments. Thalassotherapy, which means treating skin with sea minerals, is something our founder Debra Sadranu is an expert in. Nama Fiji is the culmination of a 30 year journey to develop a premiere anti-aging skincare line made from all natural plant-based ingredients sustainably harvested from the Fijian sea and surrounding island nature. 

We are deeply focused on improving the livelihood of rural women and communities in Fiji through CIDESCO-accredited training, employment and sustainable harvesting programs. Nama Fiji has partnered with the Market Development Facility (MDF) of Australia to develop the world’s first sustainable Nama harvesting program with women from the Yasawan Islands. We believe it is as important to make exceptional products, as it is to care for our community and use our resources sustainably.

Nama Story:

The Nama Fiji brand is the culmination of a 30 year journey by its founder Debra Sadranu to develop a premiere anti-aging skincare line made from all natural plant-based ingredients sustainably harvested from the Fijian sea and surrounding island nature. Its Key ingredient, Nama (“sea grapes”, Caulerpa racemosa), is a powerhouse of intra-cellular hydration and naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals that repair and replenish damaged skin. While Nama is grown in many oceans around the world, certified testing has shown that the pristine waters around Fiji produces the purest Nama with the highest concentration of hydration and anti-aging properties. Since 2014, The Nama Fiji brand has been featured in dozens of 5-star Luxury Spas in Fiji and the Pacific Islands, both as a retail offering and for use in high-end spa and anti-aging treatments.
